Delete Your Account

Account & data deletion

You can delete your Vita account and all associated data at any time — instantly from inside the app, or by email if you can’t sign in.

Delete in the app (instant)

  1. Open Vita and go to your Profile / Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and all data are deleted immediately and you’re signed out.

Or request by email

If you can’t access the app, email us from the address linked to your Vita account, with the subject “Delete my Vita account”. We verify the request, delete your account and associated data, then confirm by email.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile — name, email, and account ID.
  • Your sign-in credentials (you’ll no longer be able to log in with this account).
  • All gameplay data across the app — guesses, scores, levels, XP, streaks, daily sessions, and achievements.

Everything is permanently removed. We don’t keep a copy after deletion, except where retention is required by law.

Timeframe

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 30 days, with an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.
